Ezofrogsとは？
What is "Ezofrogs" ?
『Ezofrogs』は、世界とローカルを繋ぐ、約半年間の高度な研修プログラムを実施するグローカル志向のイノベーター型人財育成プログラムです。「地域の持続的かつ発展的な経済自立の実現のために、世界と地域をつなぐグローカル志向の若手イノベーター人財を発掘・育成する」という理念のもと、2021年からスタートしました。
PBL（Problem / Project Based Learning）手法を中心としたカリキュラムで構成しています。社会課題と向き合いながら、『◯◯ × テクノロジー』をテーマに、本気でビジネスを創造していきます。そのプロセスの中で、学校で学ぶ科目教育だけではない非認知能力を育むことができ、成長実感を得ることができます。
私たちは、一人でも多くの若者が、限られた狭いコミュニティに中で生きる「井の中の蛙」から脱却し、世界という「大海」視点で考動できる未来人財として磨かれ、どの業界や分野でも活躍できる「アントレプレナーシップを身に付けたハイブリッドイノベーター」に変化成長することを目指しています。
The "Ezofrogs" program is a innovator-type human resource development program that holds a six-month advanced training program. The program was launched in 2021 with the idea of "discovering and fostering young, glocal-minded innovators who can connect the world and the region in order to help the region achieve sustainable and progressive economic independence.
The curriculum consists mainly of PBL (Problem Based Learning) methods. While confronting social issues, the students will seriously create a business based on the themes crossing something with technology. In the process, they will be developing non-cognitive skills that are not limited to the subject education they receive in school, giving them a sense of growth.
Our goal is to help as many young people as possible to break free from the "frog in the well" that lives in a limited and narrow community, and become future human resources who can think and act from the perspective of the "ocean" of the world, and to transform and grow into "hybrid innovators with entrepreneurial skills" who can be active in any industry or field.

Ryukyufrogs（沖縄）やIBARAKIFrogs（茨城）、MIYAZAKIfrogs（宮崎）など全国のfrogs学生と一緒に研修を実施します。地域を超えて共創関係を築くことで視野が広がります。

シリコンバレーを始め、ヨーロッパやアジアで活躍する起業家や投資家、社会課題解決のために取り組んでいる方々とオンラインで繋がります。

Activity Content
事前研修(課題の探究と問題定義)
Preliminary Training (Research & Synthesis)
世界の社会課題を学習し自分自身が解決したい課題を探します。その後、その社会課題を解決するためのサービス開発をするチームを構成し、ビジネスアイディアワークもすすめていきながら、英語研修、プレゼン研修などを行いま す。
Selected students learn about social issues in the world and search for issues they would like to solve themselves. After that, they will form teams to develop services to solve the social issues and work on business ideas, while also receiving English training and presentation training.
グローバル研修 (多角的な観点を得る、俯瞰して考える）
Global training
(gaining multiple perspectives, thinking from a bird's eye view)
オンラインにて、世界で活躍している起業家や投資家などの方々に英語でサービスプレゼンを行ったり、世界各国のビジネスについての研修をしてもらいます。
Selected students will have the opportunity to go online and give service presentations in English to entrepreneurs and investors who are active in the world, as well as receive training on businesses around the world.
事後研修（解決案の創造と実装）
Post-training (Ideation & Implementation)
グローバル研修で受けた刺激やフィードバックを踏まえ、サービス開発や顧客調査など選抜生それぞれでLEAP DAY発表に向けて本格的にサービスをブラッシュアップしていきます。
Based on the stimulation and feedback received during the global training, each selected student will continue to brush up their services in earnest for the LEAP DAY presentation, including service development and customer research.

LEAP DAY
年末に開催する人財育成をテーマとしたカンファレンスイベント「LEAP DAY」にて、半年間で得た経験と培った成果を、起業家や投資家をはじめとするスペシャルゲストや多くの聴衆に向けて英語でサービスプレゼンをします。この日を大きな飛躍をする（=leap）キッカケにします。
At "LEAP DAY," a conference event held at the end of the year with the theme of human resource development, the selected students will give a service presentation in English on the experiences and achievements they gained over the past six months to a large audience and special guests, including entrepreneurs and investors. This day will be an opportunity for the selected students to make a big LEAP forward.
Leapfrog研修
Leapfrog Training
選抜生の中から選ばれたチームや人のみ、海外や日本の先進地に約1週間派遣し、一流の起業家や投資家、エンジニアの方々との交流やパネルディスカッション、サービスプレゼンテーションを行います。
Leapfrogの名の通り、段階的な成長ではなく、短期間で飛躍的な成長を遂げることが目的の研修です。
Only selected teams and people from the selected students will be sent to advanced locations overseas and in Japan for about a week, where they get to interact with top entrepreneurs, investors, and engineers, and participate in panel discussions and service presentations.
As the name Leapfrog suggests, the goal of this training is to achieve an exponential growth in a short period of time, instead of an incremental growth.
